Enquiry pack development supports occupancy drive

Branding, Web and Marketing Collateral

Background

  • After conducting a comparative Mystery Shopping programme, we identified that the client's marketing collateral for care home first-time enquirers lagged behind that of its competitors.
  • There was a need for a redesign of formats, content, and images.
  • The client wanted a comprehensive pack of materials that would have impact and set it apart from its competitors.

What we did

  • We developed a range of materials that could be given to visitors as a take away in branded envelopes.
  • We developed new brochures, dementia booklets, end-of-life information, sample activity sheets, and sample menu sheets.
  • New photography was undertaken to ensure all imagery was of high quality.
  • We developed template emails that the client could send out to families at various stages of the enquiry process.
  • We managed the entire production programme, including print, delivering to 13 care homes across the group.

How we added value

  • The client ended up with a high-quality enquiries pack that could be handed out or emailed to private fee enquirers.
  • The client's brand image was significantly elevated over its local competition.
  • We managed the entire project through to delivery against an agreed timescale.
  • High-quality print materials were used to complement the content.
  • Our client saw an uplift in conversion rates and follow-up enquiries.
